Wild boar hunters
Glen MacDonald, his 15 year-old son Mac and 13 year-old son Dane
(Naples, FL - e-mail: Glmada@aol.com) bagged 2 wild hogs during
a morning of wild boar hunting with Ron's Guide Service on October
12, 2003. They hunted the sugar cane fields in the town of Lakeport.
Sorry have no pictures! I was unable
to take pictures of their kills because I had other clients out
fishing during this hunt. I am however waiting for the above
party to send me pictures to post on this page of their wild
boar hunting success.
They
combined
a bass fishing trip with their hog hunt and caught and released about 15 bass up to 6 lbs
during
2 half days of shiner and artificial plastic worm fishing with
Ron's Guide Service on October 11 & 12, 2003. Mac caught
the 6 lb'er on a shiner. Bass were caught mostly on plastic worm
in the North Shore area of Lake Okeechobee.
