Wild boar hunters Phil Barranco

bagged a wild sow hog during an afternoon of wild boar hunting
with Ron's Guide Service on February 27, 2008. Phils son used
a knife to bag his very first wild hog with. They hunted private
land in Glades county.

Hello Captain Ron,
Had a great
time with your guides Donald and Dick! You have not lived until
you gone on a wild hog hunt in Florida with Rod Guide Service!
I booked a hunt for me to shoot a wild hog with a shotgun and
have my son Josh who is 11 years old come along and watch. Our
guide Dick suggested that I let my son Josh kill a wild hog with
my knife. This would be Josh's first real hunting experience.
It was too cool! Donald, Dick and the dogs chased and pinned the
hog down while Josh jumped in and kill the hog with a pocket knife.
Josh is the Man! It was a hunt of a life time for both Josh and
me! We will do a double next year! Donald and Dick butchered the
hog up in no time flat, put it on ice and that evening I was cooking
wild hog chops on the grill! It doesn't get any better then that.
