Wild boar hunters Bo Bowers
(Tampa, FL - e-mail: pbowers@tampabay.rr.com) and
Chris Thompson (Tampa, FL) each bagged a wild hog during
an afternoon of wild boar hunting with Ron's Guide Service on
April 14, 2008. Bo used a
Bear compound bow and Chris used a Marlin 45 long colt rifle.
They hunted private land in
Glades county.
Here's

This is a few of the pictures of our 14 April 2008 pm boar hunt.
Hunters Bo Bowers using a Bear compound bow and Chris Thompson
using a Marlin .45 long colt rifle each killed a wild boar hog
weighing approximately 100-125 pounds. We had a great time and
the swamp buggy ride is very cool! Our guide Lee got us to the
hogs and we got off the buggy and worked into shooting positions
and the next thing you know we were taking the meat to be processed.
We will be back, thanks Ron!
