Wild Boar Hunting Report:
July 7, 2003

Wild boar hunters Chuck Ratliff (Vanlue, OH - ph: 419-722-1484) and Dennis Babb (Findlay, OH - e-mail: Denijudi@aol.com) each bagged a wild hog during a morning of wild boar hunting with Ron's Guide Service on July 7, 2003. They huntined the sugar cane fields in the town of Lakeport.

We had a great hunt! We each got a boar and I am having mine mounted.
Dickie and his son were great guides and did an excellent job of processiong
the meat. We packed it in our cooler and with a little dry ice, we made it
back to Ohio and the meat is fine. The dogs were great also.
We shot them with Remington 243. We each needed only one shot. It was a
great experience and we will do it again in the future.
