the meat back through the airlines is the least expensive method.
UPS and FedEx have next day service. Call either of them for rates
and package requirements. If you are traveling by car the meat
will stay fresh as long as it is kept iced down. If you are flying
you can check it on with you. You will have to duct tape the iced
filled cooler before checking in. I would recommend you call the
airline about the check in departure procedures on perishable
